The 30 yeyearold mother of th chyemil pierce was shot and killed while protecting her children in a gun battle. It happened in oakland in march of 2015. Jerry harbin pled no contest and could be sentenced up to 13 years in prison. Three other people were convicted seconddegree murder but will be sentenced rattly. Just a Devastating Development in the search for a missing 5yearold boy last seen with his father dressian jr. In Santa Barbara county. He was arrested last week. The father has denied harming his son. Investigators been searching since his father was found passed out in a large park in april. Prosecutors allege he killed the boy to get back at his estranged wife whom he was sharing custody with as they went through a divorce.
