The wider picture is a big storm, a lot of moisture associated with it, so were give thing one a two. Its a moderate storm, the stormiest weather tomorrow morning, between half an inch to inch of rain and wind gusts at 45 Miles Per Hour. Most of the wet weather in the north bay. The front slides to the south by 5 00 in the morning. By 7 00 tomorrow morning, wet weather is with us and the rain sticks around for much of the morning rush. But more rain is on the way. Well have that in the forecast coming up. This is not an el nino storm, but scientists insist they are coming. San Francisco City leaders are talking about a game plan to deal with the rain and winds expected this winter.
