The wider picture is a big storm, a lot of moisture associated with it, so were give thing one a two. Its a moderate storm, the stormiest weather tomorrow morning, between half an inch to inch of rain and wind gusts at 45 Miles Per Hour. Most of the wet weather in the north bay. The front slides to the south by 5 00 in the morning. By 7 00 tomorrow morning, wet weather is with us and the rain sticks around for much of the morning rush. But more rain is on the way. Well have that in the forecast coming up. This is not an el nino storm, but scientists insist they are coming. As the front moves through, winds will relax. So by 11 00 in the morning, winds are back down to 20 Miles Per Hour. So wind advisory in effect for the north bay, with winds gusting to near 50 Miles Per Hour and the potential is there for downed trees and power lines. We also have a high surf warnings with swells as high as 21 feet. We also have snow to talk about in the sierras. Over a foot to two foot of snow. Southlake tahoe, 11 inches of snow.
