Sky 7 hd was overhead as the coast guard caught up with the vessel that was stolen from its dock overnight and mark has the tale of the stand off at sea. For hours police and sheriffs deputy state park lifeguards tried to get the suspect to surrender. And at one point police raced by in an inflatable boat with guns draw drawn. Eventually officers persuaded 2 men and woman to climb down on to the swim step at the back of the boat. They were pulled from there on to jet ski. They didnt want to get in the water.
