Two people walked off the street into the store. Somehow, a scuffle followed and during the course of that scuffle, they say that one of the men shot the other in the torso. The victim taken to sf general and this was not a life threatening injury. He is expected to survive. Good news is authorities took one person into custody out here on the scene tonight. That person in custody, we are not positive if that was a suspect in this particular case, but they have taken someone in. Reporting live, christin ayers, kpix5. And we are following breaking news elsewhere. There was a fire at the stanford Linear Accelerator in menlo park. The fire burned about 45 minutes before firefighters got it under control. We are told a transformer caught fire. The fife chief tells us black smoke was seen coming from the accelerator. Nobody was hurt and we have a crew headed to the scene. We will bring you more details as we bring them in. San Francisco Police have arrested the guy they believe has been setting fires all over the city. Yesterday, Police Released this Surveillance Video but we dont know if this is who they caught. An arsonist caught more than a dozen fires in the mission.
