Firefighters are on the scene trying to prevent this fire from flaring up. But what has flared back up is the controversy about firefighters funding. It was a mess. Reporter their frustration is fueled by the fact that theres a firehouse across the street but no engine so it cant put any water on a fire no matter how close. They dont have hoses. Today a fire engine had to be sent from station number 4 from more than two miles away. Even so the Fire Department says firefighters arrived just two minutes after the first 911 call.
