The fire broke out on tanninger circle around 8 45 last night. Firefighters say the garage and a car parked outside were on fire when they arrived. Its not clear where or how the fire started. The damage is estimated at 120,000. Also in concord, a student could be expelled after a fight with a teacher. Cell phone video shows the teacher at the school trying to subdue a 15yearold student from the video looks like the teacher does not punch back. He wrestles the boy to the ground. Concord police say the student was suspended and will probably be expelled. Police say the boy punched the teacher in the face after a Heated Exchange between the two. Firefighters in Orange County rescued a woman who had been trapped in her car for 14 hours after a car crash. Investigators say that she drove off an embankment and down in a remote canyon on wednesday. Her husband got worried when she never arrived at her destination. He says that she managed to call him early yesterday using her gps to give him her general location. The reason they found her was because chp had pinged her phone and came back to a cell tower in the area and usedded a helicopter to search for her. Her injuries are not life threatening.
