He is charged with four counts of robbery for four independent robberies all committed at banks in the downtown area. Reporter the investigator says the bank robber did not show a weapon. Authorities say a stolen car that was torched started a grass fire on Mount Hamilton this morning. That car was reported burning about 5 30 a. M. Along quimby road.
