No big delays to report too for the drive out of oakland and a 19minute drive time leaving the carquinez bridge. And the transbay tube did re open on schedule. The chp says that car she was driving was stolen. We did confirm through the lapd that there was a stolen report notice for that vehicle that she had been driving that was involved in the crash. Reporter erlynn was arrested this morning in oakland on charges of car theft, possession of a stolen car, hitandrun, dui and evading arrest. Officer williams of the chp in San Francisco says this case and arrest are definitely one for the record books. When we arrested her this morning, she didnt appear to have any long lasting injuries from that. Reporter erlynn is tonight presumably dry at the santa rita jail in dublin. She is the county clerk in kentucky who wont issue marriage licenses for samesex couples. As cbs reporter Alison Harmelin reports, today a republican president ial candidate plans to offer support in person. Well pray until the doors open reporter today republican president ial candidate Mike Huckabee plans to visit kentucky Clerk Kim Davis in jail where her supporters protested over the weekend. Pray for the judge to repent. Reporter protestors gathered fore hours outside the home of the u. S. District judge urging him to release davis. Kim davis is unlawfully being held in jail right now and being prevented from doing her job. Reporter judge bunning sent the clerk to jail last thursday after she repeatedly defied her order to grant marriage licenses for samesex couples. She says its against her religious beliefs. On monday davis attorneys filed an emergency motion that asked Kentucky Governor steve bashar to acam daviss religious conviction and not force her to issue licenses to samesex couples. One of her lawyers sees an easy solution. For the court or the state of kentucky to remove kim davis name off of the marriage licenses and to allow someone other than her to sign these licenses that do not bear her name. Reporter last week after davis was sent to jail, her assistant clerks issued licenses to samesex couples. Supporters of samesex marriage argue that davis should do her job or resign.
