Reporter him and he took advantage of her every chance he got having encounters at her home, and hotels and in cars. He was violent. Reporter she said he would always take the evidence with him until one night in september 1999 the 10 year veteran through the use condoms out of his car. She was able to go back and get it and that was the evidence she used to sue the Oakland Police department and one a 350,000 settlement.
