Reporter the San Francisco county sheriff was notified of the allegations just this morning appearing at the News Conference saying that the inmates were transferred to the san bruno facility and four officers were reassigned pending an internal investigation. I do not accept any culture within our county jail system that would endorse such barbaric or unlawful activity as deputies have demonstrated.
