They believe the victim was the intended target. Pam officers believe the shootings all started over a domestic dispute. It happened just before 10 30 monday morning at a home on richmond street. Pam in the video you can see the thief drive up to the victims home in a white gmc pickup truck. The thief grabs the victims package. Which was delivered earlier that morning. And replaces it with an empty decoy box. Pam the thief is described as a feet tall and was wearing sunglasses, a green jacket, a blackshirt and green pajama pants. Pam in San Francisco. As officers were in the citys sunset neighborhood. It led them to a stash of other stolen items in oakland. Pam it all started when a woman reported that a thief had broken her car window, and stole two laptops and a camera which were used for medical purposes. Pam not long after the first report. The same woman notified police again saying, that her stolen camera was being sold online. Investigators tracked the online seller to a home on wilshire boulevard in oakland. Thats when officers conducted a search warrant. And found the stolen camera along with dozens of other items. Pam among the items. Two shot guns, a bike, power tools, and several pairs of expensive, brand named jeans. Pam officers confirmed that many of the stolen items were taken from other peoples cars around the bay area. Three men were arrested and booked into the San Francisco county jail. Pam there was a chase through the city, after reports thata car full of people was doing something very strange. Police and the chp made arrests after tracking down the people accused of driving around throwing eggs at people and cars. The chp got the first complaints shortly before midnight. Catherine when they found the four men in the car a chase began on powell street. It ended when the car crashed into a cable car turnaround and the men got out and ran. Catherine three of them were eventually arrested. And at last word, one of the men is still at large. At least one carton of eggs was left behind in the mess.
