Now investigators think there may be more victims. 42 yearold Anthony Valerio was arrested on monday but police are just now releasing the information. Authorities say valerio was the 21year old victims life coach. He works at Calero High School in san jose. Although police have not said where the alleged assault took place. Tiffany. tiffany the baby is in critical but stable condition this morning. 18yearold Daniel Mitchell is behind bars after police say he left his new born baby in a strip mall parking lot on monday. He then drove off and left his car in fairfield about a mile and a half away from the strip mall. Witnesses say his tires were blown out and there was damage to the car. Police say he left his wallet and id inside the car, which helped to later identify him. Those who know mitchell say he has been on a downward spiral ever since his mother committed suicide. Road. The Senate Judiciary committee has withdrawn the subpoena that was issued to manafort yesterday morning. They say people have found themselves terrorized into giving money to con artists. The victims get a call reporting that a loved one got into a car crash, and unless money is wired to pay for the damage, their loved one will be kidnapped and harmed. The victim is then told not to hang up and stay on the line until the money is received. In some cases the victims can hear the voice of someone in distress in the background. Yesterday we heard from her father, now we are hearing from her youngest sister. 18yearold Obdulia Sanchez is suspected of driving drunk or drugged during the crash on friday night.
