Reporter as for the death, the Santa Clara County department of Public Health is not releasing much information on the patient, but this is what we know. The patient is under the age of 65. We dont know if they had any preexisiting conditions such as diabetes, a smoker, heart disease, asthma those will all be things that could predispose this person having a bad outcome having had the flu. Since it is an isolated case, we cant specualte any more than its gonna be a bad flu strain or not, well have to wait and see what happens in the next few weeks.
