Earlier on sunday, a procession of about 20 Police Officers brought the body to an el paso funeral home from the west texas ranch where scalia was found dead on saturday. Officials were awaiting word about whether the medical examiner would perform an autopsy, but it was deemed unnecessary. It is believed the 79year old scalia died of natural causes. Scalia was appointed by president Ronald Reagan in 1986 and has been the Senior Member of the court for several years. Authorities say an Apartment Fire that forced residents to temporarily evacuate saturday, was caused by a child playing with matches.
