Wx timer 40 suspececElias Wanatee went before a judge thursday for the First Time Since his arrest in sioux citys first murder of the year. The 47yearold was arrested on a charge of Second Degree murder in the stabbing death of 50yearold vernon mace. Court documents says wanatee left a home at 1900 west first street where he and mace were both present. The affidavit says mace left shortly after wanatee. A woman, who said she heard the men arguing outside, called 911. Back to the home saying wanatee had stabbed him, according to the affidavit. Mace, who was stabbed six times, died later at the hospital. Wanatee hahaan extensive criminal record. Ktivs tiffanan lane gives us the details of wanatees previous murder conviction. Wanatee was also given credit for time he served in prison prior to his conviction. That also reduced while serving his sentence, wanatee was placed on work release, and parole, and violated both. The fbi searched a California Home connected to a relative of shooters. The home tied totohe brother farook has been searched before. But thursday federal agents were seen carrying out a box of things and a computer. They also searched the two cars parked out front. Officials would not discuss the nature of the search Critical Condition after a helicopter made a crash landing thursday in the waters of pearl harbor, hawaii. Good samaritans who saw the crash jumped in the water to rescue the five people on board. First responders rushed to the scene and transported the pilot and four passengers to hospitals. Because paula rosenbooms husband, kim, had a special request from a very special young man. We were going to take kylie hayworth, we were going to take her and her mother and sister on a battling brain cancer. Doctors gave her six months to live. I created a bucket list because i thought i was going to die, says kylie. I wanted to try it. Natsballoon set up we had the balloon set up and they carried her over to the balloon and put her in, we had a chair in there for her to sit, says paula. Nats bye, check it off your bucket list for the first leg of the flight, kim flew kylie and her mom above le mars, from the airport to the golf course. Way up in the sky, the three death. We were just like, yeah, if something would happen to the balloon and weweent down, it would be a good day to die, says kylie. When they touched down, kylies mother got out, her sister got in and they took off again. Natscamera sound thats the moment this photograph captures. It was a ride to remember. She got home just as they put kikiin the ambulence. natsdoor closing i said, how are you doing . and he said, i feel a lot better now and i said, okay, and i met them at the hospital, but i never got to see him again, says paula. natssiren doctors worked to revive kim for two hours, but it was too late. His heart completely blew apart, says paula. I was like it cant be true. I just saw him, says kylie. Kim died about two hours after this photo was taken. Really . Asks david moore.
