Things werent going their way. Now, the judge actually read the verdict this morning. Raymond shrimp boy chow found guilty on all 162 counts including the murder of chinatown businessman alan leung, and money laundering. We are outraged, and we are disturbed that in the United States of america, five cooperating witnesses, informants of the lowest possible moral caliber combined in an effort to free themselves and convicted, from our perspective, an innocent person. Reporter the defense also had some pretty harsh words for the judge. They accused him of being unfair, cutting funding to the defense. They said that he is, in essence what prevent their client from having a fair trial. They showed pictures of these victims with bullet holes in their face, blood roping down their face. They admitted in closing argument, theyre not saying hes connected to that killing at all. Reporter chows sentencing is set for march 23rd. He said to his attorney after the verdict was read, dont worry, we will prevail in the second round. So, of course, we will be here. Beg in the courtroom and seeing chows expression, it was pretty expressionless. He was very stoic. Definitely hard to get a read on him but his attorneys say he handled this very gracefully. I heard the defense attorney blaming the jurors for basically believing those so called snitches in this case. Im curious, did any of the jurors come forward and talk about the case . Reporter no, they didnt. They would not talk to us. We also tried to get an interview with the leung family, and they would not speak with us. The prosecution has not released a statement. They say its a little tricky in commenting on the case because this is actually connected to a bunch of other cases, seeing as how there were 26 other defendants. And so there is pending litigation, which makes them unable to say much. Tara, you mentioned the leung family. So they were there in court. Any reaction . Did they say anything, at least as the verdict was being read or any emotion on their faces . Reporter well, obviously you would imagine that they had quite some relief, but i think everybodys eyes were sort of glued to the defendant at that time. We wanted to see exactly what was going through his mind. He was very charismatic on the stand. The cameras were not allowed in the courtroom but from being there he was very smiley, tried to engage the jurors, and i guess that charm simply didnt pay off. Well wait for the sentence. Definitely. Early detection is sort of the key to solving this eventually, i think. Because some people may look at that list and go, well, maybe i just have a stomachache. Could be a lot of things. It was an unexpected sight as bill cosby arrived at the courthouse to be arraigned. Today in the verdict we are talking about the criminal case against the comedian and asking why did prosecutors in pennsylvania file charges and los angeles did not. The four on 2 will be right back. Oakland and San FranciscoPolice Worked together to arrest a man wanted for a shooting in downtown oakland tuesday morning. Police say Surveillance Video shows the man in an argument with someone on broadway and 13th street. You see it there. That was him in the brown jacket, white pants. Eventually he pulls out a gun, fires several shots, then runs o. He missed the person he was arguing with but hit an innocent woman who was pushing a stroller at the time. She is expected to be okay. Police arrested him last night. In this weeks the verdict we talk about a real life case. But first, bill cosby. Prosecutors decided not to file charges in two separate cases, one of them because it exceeded the statute of limitations. I asked our legal analyst how big a celebrity trial it would be if it goes that far. Oh, beyond huge. As you said, heres dad, heres the dad of the country, the great guy, the great comedian. Who would have ever thought he would be accused of Something Like this and using quaaludes to drug women . Its shocking. Remember, there are an awful lot of other women that are making the same type of allegations. And thats what cosby has to worry about. Why are you waiting so long to file . Its a different prosecutor. They didnt go through with it, but now all of a sudden this prosecutor is like, well, we might as well roll the dice. Or does he really after case . This case happened in 2004. That woman shows up in pennsylvania, goes to the prosecutor and said, look, heres what happened to me. That prosecutor im sure looked at all the other women that are making this same allegation, and thats what cosby has to look toward. If youre defending bill cosby, do you want this to go to trial . You know, its going to be interesting, because it depends on what the judge lets into the trial. If he just lets in this accuser, all right, he just lets in this accuse tore say, look, i was with cosby, he gave me quaaludes, and by the way, at a civil deposition, in his civil case, he admitted, under oath, at a depo, like i say, yeah, i used quaaludes. I used to give them out to people. But you cant use that in a criminal case. Why not . Thats my question. Why not . Now, what the prosecutor will
