Reporter well, it was a brief Court Appearance for all three defendants. All three did not enter any plea and instead requested further arraignment for june 1st. But the prosecution did add an enhancement to the charges saying that a firearm was used in keith greens murder. Charges were filed this morning against tiffany lee and her boyfriend, and another person. Each is charged with first degree murder in the death of keith green. Green disappear from the pancake house on april 29th. He allegedly told a friend he was meeting lee, the mother of his two children to discuss child custody. On may 11th greens body was found in on field off of highway 101 in sonoma county. The Sheriffs Office certained the homes of lee and bayat and adela. The prosecution says even if only one of the defendants committed the act that killed green, all three are liable if they conspired together. They can be liable for murder even if they didnt pull the trigger on theories of aiding and abetting. Lees mother was in court but did not want to talk publicly about the case.
