Arriving officers found him walking into and out of his house. All the while suffering from a selfinflicted gunshot wound to his head that did not immobilize him. They continue today go in and out of his home. At times pointed the gun at himself. At one point the suspect finally emerged and began pointing the weapon, a threatening matter and point it had towards the officers and pointed it towards the officers. Two officers fired one shot each. Nunez armed with a handgun was hit and killed. This afternoon we tried to speak to the family about the accounts of the events events, but they declined our request.
