Police say a 12yearold boy was grabbed by the throat during lunchtime at a Santa Rosa Elementary School last week and the alleged attacker is another students mother. Reporter later on today, School Administrators will sent an email out to students at Olivet School letting them know what happened on friday. According to investigators, the mother came on campus during lunchtime and grabbed a 12year old boy by the neck and told that boy to stop bullying her daughter, also a student here. A number of students were around. Idea min straighters administrators called 911. Over the weekend, authorities arrested the woman, delia garciabratcher. Investigators say when she came to the school, she asked her son, who is also a student, to point out the boy bullying her daughter and that led up to the confrontation. School administrators says theres no excuse for this behavior. Ive reached out to the superintendent for a comment about what took place on friday. Well let you know what we hear back. Meanwhile, the woman has been released on bail and shes scheduled to make her First Court Appearance this week. A convicted sex offender is back in jail accused of sexually assaulting a woman outside a south bay shopping center. 59yearold Michael Garcia was arrested saturday after Police Caught him in the middle of the assault. It happened around 1 00 saturday afternoon near the home depot at the Plant Shopping Center in san jose. Police say garcia has been living one block away at a homeless placement facility called home first. People who know him believe he targeted the victim. The woman reportedly stayed at the shelter one night and checked out the next day. The guy said come with me and you can take a shower at my hotel. Shes a vulnerable. He drug her in the brushes and drug her in and tried to rape her. A man was stabbed and a woman knocked unconscious during a fight outside of a santa rosa nightclub. Police say the victims were leaving the chrome lotus around 1 30 a. M. Police say Troy Michael Moore punched a woman in the face. The womans boyfriend confronted moore and he was stabbed twice. But the intent to raise the toll, was to make it to make less traffic. The numbers released by the metropolitan transportation collision and published in todays chronicle show the number of morning commuters on the bay bridge has grown to 9,000 cars an hour. Again, the point of having the pricing was to encourage drivers to go cross the bay bridge either before or of the commute. But the numbers show the opposite. The numbers from the chronicle show show 117,000 cars which is the same number. During the peak morning commute, drivers pay 6 to cross the bridge instead of 4.
