The water you see down there is probably from the rain collection, from the brief shower we had a couple of hours ago. And of course the sewer pipe is leaking. But they are going to get in there and begin to make repairs this morning. Reporter in terms of the sewer leaking, not to be too graphic but is this raw sewage that is running through that could be leaking . Its a sewer pipe, it is sewage. They do remove the dirt where the leak is occurring before they patch up the street. So they will do that through the course of the repairs.
