We are north of tennyson road, and the scene in terms of the stolen car accident in car crashes, that has been cleared for some time, but certainly not the case under this morning. Lets take a look at the video we have from earlier, this is northbound in fremont, some lanes closed due to the three car crash near the exit. There were two stolen car suspects that apparently stole two cars at the car dealership in fremont. One driver crashed near the dakota overrode dakota road, one suspect is in custody, caught by the hayward police. Another suspects suspect remains on the loose this morning. It sounds like they may have been chased by Security Guard or employee at the car dealership at the time. Reporter we do not have a suspect description or even the cars that were stolen, and we are still trying to figure out which dealership the cars were stolen from. Again, unclear from the video which cars were stolen. We are trying to gather more information this morning, but the good news for the traffic, the scene is clear. The oakland fire crews are looking for the cause of the fire in the Apartment Building near the lakeside park. Here is a map of that area, a fire reported shortly before 11 00 last night at a three Story Building on oakland avenue. He grabbed a woman here in willow glen, and he tried it again about 4 miles away in south san jose. Take a good look at this picture, 66yearold 56year old david russell. Last monday russell followed a female to three separate locations, and he tried to talk with her. He grabbed the victim and covered her mouth and tried to grab her to the car but she fought him off. Reporter witnesses described the suspect, david lee russell, 56 years of age, 510 with a medium build weighing about 200 pounds.
