We know that at least one person is dead. The police have not given us any information about the victim or any possible suspect. It appears that the victim was shot inside of a car. We are following breaking news of an arrest in connection with the shooting death of a pregnant 18yearold. It happened early this morning in vallejo. They used in aerial ladder. Authorities had tracked into that apartment complex. At this point, they will only say that he is 21. Investigators are refusing to disclose a potential motive. They do tell us that the 18 yearold was shot just before 8 pm monday night and in the apollo. St. Paul low. She was found in the middle of the street with a gunshot wound to her chest. She was rushed to hospital where she died. Doctors performed an emergency csection but her baby did not survive. Neighbors say she was going to have a baby shower this weekend. Police had been searching for russell for the last week and had asked for the publics help because he was extremely dangerous. Officers did end up receiving tips. He had shaved his goatee and he was driving a different car then he had been before. This morning, people from the neighborhood reacted. This is what they had to say. It terrifies me.
