Christopher buck airy was silent as witnesses in this San Francisco courtroom testified they saw the cyclist speeding and breaking traffic laws moments before striking wee when he and his wife were crossing. This carries a felony manslaughter charge. The evidence in this case is very strong to suggest that we have a gross negligence case. He flew and then the strike skidded across the pavement. We have video and witnesses and we have film. Reporter video plays in court today shows the violent collision. The wee family seen here attended the hearing but declined comment. And the attorneys declined comment but half an hour ago they filed a motion to have the manslaughter case dismissed or reduced to a misdemeanor.
