The state Senate Passed a bill requiring manufacturers clearly make a difference imitation guns from real guns. The imitation Firearm Safety act would apply to toy guns, pellet guns and airsoft donees. Democrats voted in support of the bill that now goes to the sate assembly. Some said that Police Officers could still mistake imitation guns for real guns that are now made in different colors.
