We have developing news from oakland tonight where two people inside a mini van were shot and killed. Police say officers on patrol heard the shots about 5 30 this evening around tenth street near campbell in west oakland. The pastor of a near by church told us the victims were two young men who were inside van when they were shot and killed. Police say one victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The other died a short time later at the hospital. No word yet about suspects or a possible motive. Now to a story thats risen some concern in berkeley. It involves dead animals being left near vegan restaurants. Not just any animal were talking about the heads of wild boors. Amber lee live with merchants who discovered those caucuses. Berkeley firefighters rescued a number of people who were trapped in at least four elevators around town. One man was stuck in an elevator at city hall. A woman standing on a sidewalk in downtown santa rosa was killed today in a freak accident when an suv flipped over and landed right on top of her. It happened about 2 30 this afternoon at third and b streets right in front of the Luther Burbank savings bank. Police say the Ford Explorer collided with a volvo Station Wagon then flipped over. The drivers of both cars were taken to santa rosa Memorial Hospital with minor injuries. The woman was standing at the corner at the time. Authorities have not released her name. New information tonight about last nights protest by stanford students that stopped traffic on the san mateo bridge. Prosecutors say at least 10 of the 68 protesters will face charges for creating a public nuisance and obstructing traffic. Its not clear yet whether the other 58 will face charges. Authorities have also located at least one of the cars used to drop off the protesters on the bridge and that car has now been impounded. A 30,000 reward is being offered from crime stoppers. A vigil was held tonight for a young woman gunned down in east oakland with her boyfriend four days ago. As ktvus john sasaki reports the victim had recently graduated from a san jose high school. Reporter more than 100 people came together at Piedmont Hills High School in san jose in the name of alexis randall. They gathered at the place she graduated just last spring. Two of randolphs Close Friends returned to help honor the homicide victim. Through every darkness i went through, she was always there for me. She was my everything. Through high school, through growing up. Reporter hours before the vigil they were creating signs and gathering balloons to help make their feelings clear. We definitely want to stop the violence. I feel too many people have been taken away from us due to violence. But we also wanted to bring everyone from School Together just to celebrate alexis life. Reporter alexis and the man she was dating were shot to death just after noon last friday. Alexis had moved to oakland to live with her grandfather last year and thats where she met livingston. She was way too young, taken too soon from us. This is not her lifestyle. This is not how she grew up. She was just graduated from this field last year. Now we have a vigil, candlelight were going to do for her tonight. This really saddens us. Just an all around great person. She had no enemies which made it harder to see her go the way she did.
