The investigation into the shootout then turned into a homicide probe when police returned to the uhaul truck the man had been pushing and they found the body of 40 will Jason Anderson in the bed of the truck. He had been shot and wrapped in a tarp and hidden under trash. Sources tell us they believe he was about to torch the truck in the body but was thwarted when stopped by police. They say he called 911 and made a fake report of a violent rape person violent person and when officers arrived, raff lunged at him with a knife.
