Authorities say he would one of the suicide bombers seen in the Surveillance Video pushing a bag on a luggage cart into the lobby in brussels wearing a glove, possibly to conceal a detonator. Authorities also identified the man next to him as 29yearold belgian ibrahim el bakraoui. Officials say his brother khalid was the suicide bomber who attacked the metro station hours later. Police raided the apartment in brussels and say inside there were bomb making materials including gallons of chemicals. Outside police say they found a computer in a trash bin with a note saying police were closing in. Investigators say the brothers used the apartment as a safe house for the paris attackers. They had flagged el bakraoui as a radicalized terrorist fighter when they caught him near the syrian border. Turkey deported him to the netherlands and alerted belgium. Four years later she says she continues to experience harassment, just because she is muslim. I told them terrorism does not represent me or my religion. He called me a terrorist and he asked me twice, are you a terrorist . Reporter this time a teacher reported that and on wednesday, nicky, her mother and members of the california chapter of the council on American Islamic relations met with school officials. Four bay area Highway Patrol officers are being honored tomorrow for going above and beyond the call of duty. Highway patrol says all four of these officers showed bravery and dedication while protecting the community. Officer jeremy maya is being honored for talking a woman off the bay bridge who was ready to jump. It happened just last month. The officer put on a tow truck strapped around his waist and climbed over the railing and held the womans hand and finally talked her off the edge. Officer nicholas who he is being recognized for administering lifesaving medical aid to his fellow officer. He was stabbed several times last month. He is credited with saving his life. And officer Joshua Nelson is being praised for arresting 27 auto theft suspect last year and recovering 56 stolen vehicles. All four officers will be honored at a ceremony in santa clara. San Francisco Police have arrested one of their own, jason lie is charged with a total of 60 six millimeters involving unauthorized access of confidential records. He was accused of sexually assaulting a woman after a night of drinking. Right now the states minimum wage is 10 an hour but some cities have established a higher wage.
