What Let's start with this. How did you become involved in performing Yeah so I started playing fiddle when I was about to turn 7 years old and that's when I started more with classical music since we have one of the best bluegrass festivals here in Grass Valley the Father's Day Bluegrass Festival on our local fair grounds I've just been growing up going to that festival ever since I was a baby and it's just been a music that I fell in love with it so much fun all the people in the Bluegrass community are so you know encouraging and welcoming and it's just been a lot of fun so I'm kind of how I got into bluegrass very cool and it's kind of a family. Thing bluegrass music yeah yeah and of course you come from a musical family your dad Robert high rent is played in multiple band teams part of tumble with 2 with my house band early this morning and he is part of Boston rapping as well as Karl show yeah yeah so. This performance that you have let's talk a little bit about that your gospel and giving show let's talk a thread about your 8th grade service project and how you came to end up with this project Yeah so. Going giving I'm going to be putting this show on a manual testable. It's a benefit for the interface food ministry and it kind of came into play when Father Sarah who invited us to use the church for a feature concert and I just kind of came up was always be so cool to do an all gospel set at the church and make it a benefit and so I thought to be supercooled Khanna combine my service hours with you know something that I love to do so it's a lot of fun well it sounds like it's going to be a lot of fun so that will be a performance where you're going to be belting out some gospel song you know I have as well as settling that out of the a lot of fun I know I just have to say that I saw you one of your very 1st stage performances when you came up on stage and armed with a tumble once years ago maybe it was after their last cd release and I don't remember exactly when and I see you perform now and your growth in your stage presence is amazing and you are really owning the stage as an 8th grader So all right this is going to be a pretty a pretty rocking evening because gospel music is just so engaging anyway I mean every It kind of engages all all part of the not only the performer but the audience as well really getting into when you're all right so why don't you give us the lowdown on that again the exact place dates and times and also how folks can get tickets sure yeah so God willing giving will be at a manual pickable church in graph Valley that's 235 South Church Street and Doors open at 630 show starts at 7 o'clock you can get tickets that often are being dot com or band name Boston re not com and get them soon it's in a week November 9th Saturday. It's going to be a lot of fun yeah 100 percent profits go to their faith Food Ministry. Malan thank you so much for coming in this morning and.
