Kane, facing perjury, obstruction and other charges, for allegedly leaking confidential grand jury material and then lying about it. The court, in its ruling, states that this order should not be construed as removing kane from elect office and is limited to the the temporary, suspension of her license to practice law. But when the state constitution requiring the the attorney general to be a licensed lawyer, can kane remain in office. I suggest that kathleen is the take a temporary leave of absence pending the disposition of the case.
