and that's what a good committee wants to find. what did the president say, what did he know, what did he do? >> so renato, let's look forward. what options does the committee have now? the statement they've just put out says "we will swiftly consider advancing a criminal contempt of congress referral." what are the chances that is the next move? >> oh, i think as to bannon, that's certainly going to be the next move. bannon is going to have to try to potentially assert some argument in court. but he doesn't really have a leg to stand on. i think the committee is in good standing versus bannon. but that will take some time to play out. as to the other two gentlemen, mark meadows, kash patel, there is going to be some negotiation. and the committee has a choice. do they cut a deal with them in which they cut out pieces of the testimony, in other words cut out questions that are going to be disputed, that are going to raise issues that trump is going to claim are covered by
