Our choppers were out there when troopers went there in a caravan. They were around the country trying to keep order. Theyre going down there to protect life and to protect property and to make sure the good people of baltimore can keep their community intact. Nbc 10 was also on the ground in the hours before the troopers took off. State police packed protective gear and readyied their urban search and rescue and task one mobile units. The president showed no sympathy for the rioters, calling it counterproductive. That is aint protestnot a protest. Thats not a statement. Thats a handful of people taking advantage of the situation for their own purposes and they need to be treated as criminals.
