This water main is a private line that serves this 250unit building. Managers were forced to shut off all water to the residents indefinitely. It makes me sick. I dont know what times she is going to come home. Reporter the lawrence School District is required to provide busing for special needs schools. Evies school is in seaford. It picks up kids at 2 20 and then picks up kids in massapequa 40 minutes later getting her home late and missing therapy. I give them every opportunity to be responsible and responsive and they choose not to answer me in any way. Reporter the bus company says its not its decision. Its all decided by the School District. We are under contract to the School District and they provide us with the routes the way they want them done. Reporter the cost of bus insurance in lawrence is high. He understands Budget Constraints but four hours each day on a bus for a disabled child he says is unreasonable. Choosing to have a child that has no voice to say, well, we are saving money, reporter the lawrence superintendent declined comment. According to state education law theres no maximum time limit on the school bus. Depending on circumstances, one way trips up to 1 1 2 hours have been ruled not necessarily excessive. Prosecutors have declined to file charges against the former olympian. In february, jenner collided with two cars on a california highway and one of those cars was pushed into oncoming traffic. To prove a vehicular manslaughter charges prosecutors in part would have to show jenner was speeding.
