I felt this was a bail motion that had merit because Derick Almena never intended to hurt anybody. At night before fridays hearing Derick Almenas wife and friends gathered to light candles, incense and meditate hoping to send him good energy. Allison showed up in court to support her husband. It is really important for me for people to know that there are people all over the world praying for our family. And that they want to see him come home to his children. For families of the ghost ship victims who will never come home, they say they are pleased to Derick Almena will face trial again. I will feel stronger when the next trial begins and i will be there as an advocate for my daughter and that is important to me. From the vine street expressway this morning. The expressway is closed in both directions from 17th to 23rd streets because of ice. The water came from here. Its a Water Line Break at a garage at 17th and callow hill. The action cam is live at the expressway. Penn dot salt trucks and water crews are on the scene to cut off the water and remove the ice from the expressway.
