This man, 22yearold egor loreenko was known to the Winthrop Police department after they say he committed larceny last month in massachusetts but never caught. Working in conjunction with myrtle beach officers, relative rear police and the Marshals Office and mass state police, loreenko was arrested without incident. His extradition to North Carolina has not been announced. A massive fire took out 11 boats. Flying over the fire to see if anyone needed help while firefighters moved on to the docks to battle it.
