Dillon allegedly slashed and stabbed bertha carpio, his neighbor on 36th street sunday morning. Dillon also tried setting a third victim on fire. When police cornered dillon at his parents house, gunfire erupted. A man nearby told his son to stay down. I said dont go out. Its pretty scary to know that in this neighborhood. Reporter police say he through some kind of chemical in this bottle at Police Officers and that he also had a knife. People who live steps away from dillon told us theyd never seen him before. As you mentioned, there is also this investigation, part of it, revolves around an accelerant used in the attacks. As for the suspect, he remains in the hospital in Critical Condition.
