Four deputies responding to a report of shooting. Discovered seven people shot at or near a home in north Harris County. Five were dead at the scene. She was able to provide us with the name of the person who shot them, where he was going next. And quickly responding to that location we caught him coming up to the residence where relatives of the family lived and we assume he meant to shoot them as well. Police cut them off. A chase ensued. They threw out spike strips to slow the vehicle down. Smoke emerged from the rear tire. The suspect pulled into the culdesac with dozens of police cars behind him. The standoff began. An Armored Vehicle from Harris County Sheriffs Department arrived and rammed the front of the suspects car. He was on the phone with negotiators but refused to get out. Soon reinforcement arrived and rammed the back of the suspects car. And hours after a standoff, the suspect surrendered himself to authorities. Police watched the whole thing from Surveillance Video on the yacht. She was so callus in gathering her things she was literally stepping over the body and at one point stepped over the body to grab a glass of wine and finish the glass of wine. Reporter the wine may have been her undoing. Investigators lifted her prints from a wine glass, tracked her to folsom where an officer posed as a client and arrested her on the fourth of july. Despite the evidence the assistant District Attorney said it is not enough to charge her with murder. The investigation is on going right now. Once they conclude that they will be more than happy to evaluate the evidence and kid it. At this time the charges that have been filed are charges based on what we have received thus far.
