Two men ages 20 and 21 came after them. He explained he had a firearm and he they had they dont care and they punched him in the face and his wife is being hit and he asked them to leave and begged them to stop and he discharged his firearm. The 19yearold received a gunshot wound to his leg and the 20yearold to his stomach. They said the husband suffered serious wounds to his eyes and face. This was a matter of life and death, i think we would be at a funeral right now. Young says his clients have lived here in Queen Village for 40 years, this may be the last straw, they are absolutely traumatized by what happened last night. Now the District Attorney is reviewing all the evidence and will decide if any charges should be filed. We are learning more about the seven people arrested during yesterdays Wild Police Chase on the schuylkill expressway and their connection to a larger crime ring more than half of the group was arrested when police cornered a car on i76 and all seven of them face aid judge today and they say they are members of the felony lane gang. And if the law stands. 75 of clinics in texas will close and leaving 10 facilities for 10 million women. The court has not said much in the past two decades how much latitude they have to regulate abortion. This is a case where the Supreme Court could offer guidance on how far states could go. The case could be impacted by antonin scalias recent death, leaving the court with a fourfour tie. It wouldnt create new law but not have a national impact.
