According to police he used an ar15 rifle with a scope to shoot into the parking lot. Those shots narrowly missed a woman instead hitting her car twice. Police say the shooting appears to be random. Philadelphia District AttorneySeth Williams still says he will not step down but he has now voluntarily suspended his own law license. It is the latest twist in a legal saga for the embattled democrat who is now facing federal corruption charges.
