Police say daniel and seville la stolfutz gifted their girls to kaplan in exchange for financial help. Kaplans lawyers say the girls lied about the sexual abuse to help their mother get out of jail. The sisters lived in kaplans home for about five years. Two delaware teens learn their punishment for their roles in the School Bathroom attack that be led to the death of amy joynerfrancis. The 17yearolds will spend six months in a juvenile facility. In april she was convicted of negligent homicide. A second girl found guilty of conspiracy will be on probation for 18 months. After the hearing a spokeswoman for joynerfrancis family says shes not sure that they will ever find closure. The Orange County sheriff identified the shooter as 45yearold John Robert Newman jr. They say he was recently laid off at an orlando area rv awning business. The sheriff said newman was armed with a handgun and large hunting knife and he killed himself just before deputies arrive. They described him as a disgruntled former employee who was acting alone. Reports here from the hospital is that they are having issues with this electrical system which is impacting several areas of the hospital at this hour.
