Reporter good morning, tam, thats right, police say this was an arguments that turned into a deadly shooting inside a boarding house in germantown overnight. A 28yearold man was taken into custody and taken to Police Headquarters to be interviewed by homicide detectives, the victim was 22 years old. Lets go to the video from the scene in germantown overnight where police were there looking for evidence. This happened in a third floor bedroom on the unit block of east penn street around midnight. The victim was hit in the torso, arms and neck, pro pronounced dead at the scene. When officers got there they saw a man running out of the side door, they saw he had a gun on his holster on his right hip. Police told him to freeze, he did. He was taken into custody. There were a number of witnesses who were taken to Police Headquarters to be interviewed by homicide detectives. That 28yearold man was positively identified by witnesses inside the house who said that he had just shot a 22yearold male in the third floor front bedroom.
