Tam. Okay, thank you, matt. Developing overnight, a car collides with three people on a south jersey road and action news has just learned the victims are a mother and her two young children. So, lets go right over to katherine scott. Shes been following this story. Shes got it for us live in our satellite center. Good morning, katherine. Reporter good morning, tam, thats right, police tell me this morning that the victims here are a mother and her two young daughters. The mother is listed in stable condition at the hospital. Her two children are in serious condition. This happened last night in lakewood around 10 oclock and you can see the baby stroller flipped over in the middle of the street. Police say the mother and her two children who are approximately one and four years old were somewhere in the roadway at river avenue by Edgewood Court when the accident happened. All three were taken to the trauma unit at Jersey Shore University medical center. The driver of the Lincoln Town Car did remain at the scene. At this point police say theres no indication the driver was driving under the influence and theres no word if speed was a factor. Accident investigators are still speaking to witnesses and piecing together what happened. So far theres no word on if any charges will be filed but we are expecting to hear more details about this accident investigation as the day goes on. Police say a West Philadelphia funeral parlor was operating without a license and a tip call led police to a grisly discovery inside. They found three bodies, two of them decomposing at the hawkins funeral home at 53rd and vine streets. One of the bodies was placed on a gurney without being embalmed according to investigators. They say the parlor was in a deplorable condition with a bag of human remains discarded on the ground. Blare hawkins is director of the funeral home, john gaither is its sole owner. He said he hadnt been in the area recently. At this point no one is charged with a crime. New this morning, Six High SchoolFootball Players in new jersey have been sentenced for sexually hazing four teammates. The players from sayreville war memorial high must now complete 50 hours of Community Service and probation. They will not have to register as sex offenders. A Family Court Judge handed down the sentence after the players pleaded guilty to child endangerment and hazing. The hazing happened in the locker room. A seventh player is awaiting trial in family court. 5 34 and new Jersey Governor Chris Christie hit the late night talk show circuit to talk about his approach for the next republican president ial debat debate. A kentucky county clerk has fought samesex marriage all the way to the high court and today her opposition could mean fines or jail time. The Supreme Court denied the appeal of county clerk kim davis. She had refused to issue marriage licenses to gay couples saying that it was against her christian faith. Its not clear exactly what davis will do when her office opens this morning. Gay couples say that they will be there waiting to demand a license. Her Attorney Says that davis has been denied praying on it but again she could face fines or jail time depending on how it all turns out. And also new this morning, two teens in california collapse on a football field and officials are now asking if prescription drugs are to blame. One of the jv players suffered a concussion. The other one needed surgery for bleeding on the brain.
