A group of students at the university of tennessee have filed gender discrimination lawsuit claiming the School Officials knew about campus rapes and didnt do anything. Six women say they were sexually discriminated against after reporting a rape by student athletes. Two of the athletes in the lawsuit are awaiting trial but the women claim the school didnt act in the other cases. That creates this environment on campus that is hostile toward women and therefore treats women who are victims of Sexual Assault differently than it treats everybody else. A spokesperson from the District Attorneys Office says that they declined to prosecute for several reasons but would not comment further because of ethics. University leaders say the accusations of an unsafe environment are false. Tomorrow the charlotte zoning board will consider two new developments and the plans town homes and apartments to south charlotte. Grub properties plans to build up to 450 apartments and retail space at park road and abby place. Well within the same half mile stretch, the zoning board will vote on 265 new apartments. This is the first part of it heading our way. Already starting to bring us some clouds. Later today, we have the potential for some snow in the mountains and heading through the over might hours by around 3 00, 4 00 tomorrow morning so possible blue while you are still sleeping that is when we could see the potential for snow flurries. But it mixes over to that threat for ice. And that will be in the form overpricing rain and sleet. By 7 00 as kids out to the bus stop and as you head out for your morning drive, that is when we have the potential for a little bit of snow mixed in with ice and that will lead to some problems on the roadways.
