All right, we begin this morning with a developing story out west. Authorities in Washington State are searching for a gunman wanted in a deadly mall shooting. Washington state patrol released the photo of the man. He is accused of fatally shooting four women and injuring another man just north of seattle. The shooting took place late last night. Officers were called to multiple reports of shots fired near the macys store inside the burlington we believe it is just one shooter. He was armed with a long gun. We are not getting specific as far as caliber type of gun at this point. Police say the suspect is a lightskinned hispanic man. Witnesses say he was last seen walking away from a freeway that parallels that mall. We will continue to bring you the latest information on this story as soon as we get more information. In charlotte, north carolina, a curfew has just night in a row after demonstrators took to the streets there. Protesters were out for the fourth night after tuesdays officerinvolved shooting of keith lamont scott. Tensions were kept under control throughout the night in stark contrast of wednesdays riots in the streets of downtown. The National Guard was also present, posted in front of many of the downtown buildings. The protest come amidst video released by scotts family showing the moments leading up to his death. You can hear scotts wife telling him to get out of his truck. Shoot him. Moments later, you hear police fire four shots, and scott can be seen lying motionless on the ground. Some viewers may find this video disturbing. Keith, keith, keith dont do you it [gunfire shots] [bleep] did you shoot him . Police say scott failed to drop his gun. His family said he didnt have a weapon. Police have not yet released dash cam video or body camera meanwhile in tulsa, services will be held tonight for the oklahoma man killed during an officerinvolved shooting. The funeral for Terrence Crutcher will take place at 7 00. Officer betty shelby faces firstdegree manslaughter charges in that case. Her Attorney Says she drew her gun instead of the stun gun because she was in fear for her life; however, the victims family, as well as prosecutors show crutcher with his hands up in the air and no weapon was found. A disturbing story out of Manatee County, a former School District employee is behind bars this morning after detectives say he impregnated a middle school student. Lamont houston worked with middle School Students and he began texting a girl back that n may. The girl only told her parents about the relationship when she found out she was pregnant. 55,000. And if he makes bail, he has been told not to have any contact with that girl. A jury has found 31yearold Ashley Parker guilty of stabbing and trying to drown her 6yearold daughter. The girl survived and was the states key witness in that case. Defense attorneys argue that parker was insane and suffered from delusions. The jury did not buy it. Parker was convicted of attempted murder, child abuse and resisting arrest. Her sentence something scheduled f new this morning the coast guard rescues a fisherman 65 miles off the coast of hudson. Crews from air station clearwater flew out with a mh 60 jayhawk helicopter to rescue the man yesterday. He suffered an injury while he was out fishing. You can see the man being ho hoisted up into a helicopter. Crews took the fishermen to Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point where he received urgent care. Two tampa teens are facing felony charges this morning after stealing a specially suffering from als. The van was designed to transport eric chapman. His wife margarita said she dropped the keys in the dr driveway some time last week. When she woke up the next morning, the van was gone. The van was found at a house near 14th street and fowler not too far away from their home. Police say the thieves are a 15yearold boy and a 14yearold girl. Its concerning that they are so long and they have these long drift histories we are hoping they will change this and maybe this will wake them up and realize there will be impacts on their life. A Home Health Care worker is accused of stealing from a 104yearold woman. Hillsborough county deputies say rosario worked for the woman in sun city center. Some lower 70s once you get up in the northern part of the state and into the panhandle. The High Pressure really controls the weather across much of the state. We still have enough moisture to the south to produce some otherwise, we continue to see that dry air in the mid and upper levels of the atmosphere over the northern part of the state an down into central florida. That will stick around for about another day. We keep that rain chance about 20 for today, but then we start to work the rain chance back up some as we head into sunday, monday and tuesday. There is karl, you look real closely right there. That is bermuda. So just to the southeast of bermuda, winds right now with karl are so it is a tropical storm. It will race across the north atlantic, and basically lose those tropical characteristics as we get moo monday and still with winds about 75 Miles Per Hour though. For today, a few spotty showers throughout the interior. They wind down this evening and for tomorrow, we see partly cloudy skies. Her cousin told police that the toddler was hurt in an acc accident, but the medical examiner says that the injuries would have taken Excessive Force ruling it a homicide. The boy was released on certain conditions. He can not be left alone with children smaller or even yo younger than his age. He is staying at a program that specializes in caring for atrisk children. There will be a hearing in this case some time medical examiners have released an autopsy report five months after a woman was mauled by a tiger at the palm beach school. Stacey comwiser was attacked by a tiger back in april. The 38yearold screamed into her radio for help but took 17 minutes for crews to tranquilize the animal and paramedics to actually reach her. The report says her neck was crushed. Investigators by the fwc in all right, if you have a second, you got to see this video.
