Authorities initially believed the report would be available in late March or April. Guernsey County Dog Warden Karla Kerns said the Department of Agriculture is working with another agency to finalize the report. "That report is why the trial was continued," said Kerns. Authorities were able to rescue 10 adult dogs and a puppy from the residence. All 11 dogs have been adopted, according to the dog warden. The living dogs were reportedly feeding on the carcasses. The dogs were seized on Feb. 22 after Kerns and deputies visited the home multiple times from Feb. 19 to 21 trying to conduct a wellness check. Neighbors reported they had not seen Graham since the first days of February.
