Paul Carter, who was well-known and loved by many for his enormous work-ethic and his infectious personality, was found dead at his home in Birchgrove, Swansea on Friday, March 12. He was 55. Mr Carter was director of Llanelly House, Llanelli's historic Georgian building, and tirelessly worked to ensure its success. He also had a keen eye on improving the town too and was a board member of Ymlaen Llanelli, its business improvement district (BID).
