The rules will govern whether or not freshmen can live in the fraternity & sorority houses. A spokesperson for the university says this will give them time to see how COVID-19 has impact greek housing and if any adjustments should be made. In a letter sent to the housing advisory board, the delay will also allow greek chapters who update other policies and practices among greek housing.
