Two Burlington men arrested on narcotics charges The Hawk Eye Two Burlington men were arrested Wednesday on narcotics charges as the result of joint investigations by local and state law enforcement agencies. Corey Dean Lowery, 42, was charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, a class B felony; possession with intent to deliver cocaine base, a class C felony; and a drug tax stamp violation, a class D felony. Lowery's arrest came after the Burlington Police Department, Des Moines County Sheriff's office, Henry County Sheriff's office, Des Moines County Tactical Response Unit, the Southeast Iowa Narcotics Task Force and the Iowa Department of Narcotics Enforcement conducted a search of a home in the 1800 block of South 13th Street.
