CRVNA, Central NH VNA form 82-community Granite VNA

Beth Slepian is CEO of the newly formed Granite VNA.
Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association and Central New Hampshire VNA & Hospice have completed their merger, creating a combined organization that will be called Granite VNA that will serve a total of 82 Granite State communities.
CRVNA is based in Concord, and Community Health & Hospice was created in a 2010 merger of the Community Health and Hospice in Laconia and the VNA & Hospice of Southern Carroll County in Wolfeboro.
Beth Slepian, CEO of CRVNA, will be CEO of the new organization, and Central NH VNA’s CEO Lisa Dupuis will be chief operating officer. The new organization provides hospice, home health care, palliative care, home-based pediatrics and maternal health services and personal care.
