Beth Slepian is CEO of the newly formed Granite VNA.
Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association and Central New Hampshire VNA & Hospice have completed their merger, creating a combined organization that will be called Granite VNA that will serve a total of 82 Granite State communities.
CRVNA is based in Concord, and Community Health & Hospice was created in a 2010 merger of the Community Health and Hospice in Laconia and the VNA & Hospice of Southern Carroll County in Wolfeboro.
Beth Slepian, CEO of CRVNA, will be CEO of the new organization, and Central NH VNA’s CEO Lisa Dupuis will be chief operating officer. The new organization provides hospice, home health care, palliative care, home-based pediatrics and maternal health services and personal care. ....

Since the pandemic closed in-person gatherings, the support available to some of the state’s most vulnerable groups has been sparce.
Now, after more than a year of social distancing, The Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association is redesigning many of its wellness programs, open to adults and caregivers, to fit the virtual format.
For more than 100 years, the nonprofit has offered home care to older Granite Staters. As part of their mission to care for the state’s vulnerable, it has also provided programs that guide people through aging, healthy lifestyles, advance care planning, grief and bereavement and caregiving. ....

​Buildings around Concord and the capital region have candles in their windows to commemorate the work of hospice in the community for 2020.
CONCORD, NH Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association, one of the largest home health and hospice providers in New Hampshire, is holding its 25th Lights of Life hospice commemoration virtually.
Normally, the event is held in Downtown Concord. But this year, due to coronavirus, the organization put together a video program. But the most important part, the lights in building windows and the honor roll list, remains the same. ....
