EARLIER: Emergency are at a traffic crash near Walkerston. Members of the public were assisting with traffic control after two vehicles collided about 1.45pm Wednesday at the Peak Downs Highway and Mackay Eungella Rd intersection. Emergency crews are attending a two vehicle crash at the Peak Downs Highway and Mackay Eungella Rd intersection.
It is understood airbags were deployed and a woman in her 20 and a man in his 50s were injured in the crash. They are not trapped Police, paramedics and fire crews are on scene and drivers heading in that direction are urged to take extra care. More to come.
